Booking opens when we have a date.

The booking system below is built, tested and working — you're looking at the real thing. We're just not taking session bookings until the opening date is confirmed, so it's switched off for now.

You can still set up your account and reserve a membership. Your card is stored but nothing is charged — the first payment only comes out on the day we open, and you can cancel any time before then.

All sessions include the sauna, both cold plunges and the showers.

When suits you?

The sauna starts heating an hour before your slot, so it's at temperature when you walk in.

Health check

Heat and cold water both put load on your heart. This takes ten seconds and it matters — answer for yourself. Anyone coming with you gets their own form by email.

I've read the health and safety guidance, everyone in my party is fit to use the suite, and nobody will use it after drinking.

Cancelling. Drop-ins: free up to 12 hours before your session — after that we can't refund it, because the suite has already been heated for you. Members: cancel up to 4 hours before, after which a £2 fee applies.
