All sessions include the sauna, both cold plunges, the hot tub and the showers.

How many of you? Everyone in your party needs a place in the session.

When suits you?

The sauna starts heating an hour before your slot, so it's at temperature when you walk in.

Health check

Heat and cold water both put load on your heart. This takes ten seconds and it matters — please answer for everyone in your party.

Cancelling. Drop-ins: free up to 12 hours before your session — after that we can't refund it, because the suite has already been heated for you. Members: cancel up to 4 hours before, after which a £2 fee applies.
