Membership questions.
No. Memberships roll month to month. Cancel any time before your next payment date and that's the end of it — no fees, no notice period, no phone call where one of us tries to talk you out of it.
You pay £45 a month for as long as you stay a continuous member. If prices go up for everyone else, yours doesn't. If you cancel and rejoin later, you come back on whatever the rate is then.
Yes — up to two months a year for injury, travel or anything else. Your founding rate is held while you're paused.
Always. Guests are £10 on a membership or £15 on a drop-in, and you book their place at the same time as yours.
Cancel free up to 12 hours before. Inside 12 hours we can't refund a drop-in, because the sauna has already been scheduled to heat for you. Members can cancel a session up to 4 hours before, but inside that window a standard £2 fee applies.
No. The recovery suite stands on its own — anyone can book. Esprit De Corps Crossfit members just get their own rate because they're already through the door.
